The Exotic Vow of Rahil & Sana is meticulous and driven with passion!
Rahil & Sana, born among the affluent niche, spent most of their lives studying & living abroad. Passionate n demanding as they, it took over weeks to decide on the location and months to plan their dreams to life. Five celebrations were planned over three days. The decor for every event was minimal yet elegant & mystic, keeping in mind the natural beauty of the island.
Rahil & Sana’s wedding was a reflection of their personalities. With the bride herself being involved with design & interiors, all the details were aligned with her personal touch at every ceremony.
Ritz Carlton, Koh Samui was the perfect location and no expense was spared to create this magic “The Eternal Knot”. Hospitality was crafted to suit individual needs with attention to details and personalization at every step of the way, something we could say the key to this mesmerizing wedding.
Their brief was to create a mystic island with a picturesque blend of floral beauty and opulence, a fusion of both traditional and exotic wedding themes, yet keeping it simple.
A fairytale comes live with certain challenges!
Amidst this cross-border chaos, it was getting tough to instill the belief of trust and friendship in the minds of the couple to choose an Indian wedding planner to create their special.

Closure of Indian Airspace added to the distress as now their guests had to take the alternative route to attend the wedding, that meant rerouting over 250 guest 3 weeks before wedding when no seats were available.
The wedding was no ordinary feat, as so the challenges the usual ones… Nor there were differences nor interferences only situations beyond our control.
Furthermore, to achieve an exotic look and adding glamour to the wedding was not easy. Logistics was a nightmare as everything had to be either flown or shipped out of the mainland.
The humid condition of the land was a major challenge as storing flowers became difficult by the day. With no breakout rooms, a resident villa was converted as a storage space with 24×7 air conditioning to keep them fresh.
Celebrations over the three days!
DAY 1 @ Ritz Carlton
The couple combined their mehndi and sangeet celebrations into one event; a lively evening filled with performances from their loved ones, a musical segment by a few of their friends and lots of dancing.
The backyard was perfect for the Enchanted Garden Theme. Featuring a pastel palette, the area was filled with glamourous yet earthy, lushes of green and the love of Mother Nature crafted out with simplicity elegance.
The chairs and dining table had a beautiful and earthy, yet rustic design carved out of food & bamboo canes. Food was to die for, best of both world as it was curated specially by chef’s flown down to Thailand.
500 kilograms of flower were arranged for the guest to shower themselves in this madness called Holi Of Love.
DJ kilograms along with percussionist and dhol artists were especially flown in from India to add to the glam and show.
DAY 2 @ W Hotel
A relaxing sundowner kicked off the next day. An all-white decor theme with lots of lights and florals added a chic edge, and the ambiance allowed our guests to relax and get into the wedding spirit.
The party started at just before sunset, giving the guest a chance to witness the mesmerizing sundowner by the beach.
The couple made a dramatic entry with dancers & performers that awed the guests.
Performances by Mikah & Ruber added to the mood and ambience of the venue going on till the wee hours of the morning.
The menu was specially designed by renowned chef Manoj Kottarathail and displayed on swings hanging from tree. 6500 Sq. Feet of ramps was carefully designed to enable every guest to have a free move and enjoy to his/her choice to tunes & sumptuous dinner.
It was a night to Remember….
DAY 3 @ YL Residence
Red Carpet Welcome by kids with flowers. The entrance was a special attraction with two large swans designed to take the shape of a heart and guest walking through it.
YL Residence was the perfect canvas for the evening. The decor was minimal yet elegant & ornate with shades of white, pink & gold along with floral chandeliers suspended over dinner tables.
Five course Dinner curated by chefs from three continents with wine pairing for each and every course was just a perfect a set to the evening.
3 tier naked wedding cake specially designed from natural fruits and flowers. Breath-taking Fireworks and artists being flown from France; the reception was ought to be cherished for a lifetime.
Though a black-tie evening, the vibe was relaxed as Champagne & Malts dorned the evening.
We have achieved it all!
Amidst the chaos and rising diplomatic tensions, it was a privilege to share love & friendship with our neighbors.

Surprise song dedicated by the couple for their parents, sung by a singer of International fame.
